The MCP brings the life-changing benefits of mindfulness to public school classrooms. Through skilled instruction, delivered by our trained staff, we teach mindfulness techniques to students as a way to reduce anxiety, feel calm, experience personal safety & body awareness, improve attention, and appropriately respond to the stress of life.
