Meet Amber

Always a Mama first. Amber is the founder of Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga and the creator of The Mindful Classrooms Project . She is also a founding member of The Body Mind Being Project . Amber has extensive experience in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Mindfulness and brings this awareness into her trainings, workshops, retreats, and classroom work.  Amber is the lead facilitator for programs offered through Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga and is available for private instruction, events, and speaking engagements.

As an Ordained Reverend and studying shamanic student; Amber also officiates wedding ceremonies and performs rituals celebrating unity and honoring the cycles of life.

Amber is a life changer. For private practice, she focused on ME, guiding me between yoga as a workout and yoga as a “practice.” I needed both. She confidently challenged me while also coaching me on so many positive things, both physical and mental. She is special.

Amber is one of those rare individuals who lives in and through a fully engaged heart. Her clarity exposes the ego through the use of carefully worded questions which can bring those in her care to share that heart space with her. She is a gifted healer and teacher.
— Elizabeth B., Founder of Practical Peace

"Having Amber officiate our wedding ceremony was an amazing experience. Everything was personalized and tailored to exactly what we wanted for our special day. Amber is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious. We had so many people come up to us after the ceremony to tell us how meaningful, heartfelt, and unique our ceremony was. I couldn't have asked for anything more!"
